2016 Annual Board Meeting, Food, Fun and Information

Can you believe it’s been three years since our little organization gathered inside the small office of NPF board president Jeff Wagner and listened in on the inside workings of a small organization on the rise. We’ve kept busy these last few years, diligently working with our historic neighborhood clients, curating the Hugh E. Taylor archives and providing fun and educational programming for our members and the community. And we sure have come a long way as many of these initial projects are coming close to completion. Come on down to our third annual Board of Directors meeting and hear all the exciting news on the progress we’ve made as well as what’s to come!

Who, What, Where, When and Why

Join us, Monday evening July 25th 6:30pm – 8:00pm for Nevada Preservation Foundation’s 2016 Annual Board of Directors meeting. This year’s meeting will be held at The Center, located at 401 S. Maryland Parkway just down the street from the NPF offices. Appetizers and refreshments will also be served as a thank you to all our supporters who join us for this dinner hour meeting. Following the annual meeting, we will head on out to ReBar on Main Street to take some time to mix and mingle, as one our favorite things about this time of year is interacting with all of you, our preservation enthusiasts, supporters and friends!

Make sure to register, as we want to make sure we have enough food and libations for all!

This year’s meeting will give our members a chance to meet NPF’s growing board of directors, which has a few exciting new members. In addition, our members will also hear about current projects and clients, upcoming events and the standing committees will report on their progress thus far this year. The meeting will also go over the financial status of the organization, grants that have been received or are in the application process and plans for the remainder of the 2016 year. Perhaps the most exciting item on the agenda is a preview of what’s to come with our growing Home & History program, which is aspiring to a full three days of fun next year! A full agenda for the meeting will be posted one week in advance on the event page on NPF’s website.

Why Not!

Don’t miss out on this chance to see NPF in action, up close and personal! Now is your chance to bring your questions, comments and ideas to the NPF table.

If you can’t make the meeting but have questions, ideas or concerns we are happy to meet with you individually throughout the year as well. Email info@nevadapreservation.org to set up an appointment and we’ll get back to as soon as possible.
