his is one of the many tract homes Hugh Taylor designed for the Paradise Construction Corporation within the Desert Inn Estates. This particular model was designed in July of 1959 as plan #10. It was located on lot 46 along Twain Road. Taylor incorporated a Ranch style design with a gabled-hip roof. Notably, the covered terrace creates a spatial relationship with the living room, creating a private outdoor space for dinning and entertaining.
