This is one of many tract homes Hugh Taylor designed for the Paradise Construction Corporation within the Desert Inn Estates. This particular model was designed in May of 1959 as plan #6.  It was located on lot 34 along Paradise Road. Taylor incorporated a Contemporary Ranch style design with a front gabled roof. The house included several amenities, such as the private service yard, ample built-in storage with custom cabinetry, and a large stone fireplace in the living room.
