This is one of many tract homes Hugh Taylor designed for the Paradise Construction Corporation within the Desert Inn Estates. This particular model was designed in September of 1958 as plan #5. It was located on lot 36 along Paradise Road. Taylor incorporated a mid-century modern design with large open spaces and cantilevered eaves. Additionally, the covered  terrace creates a private outdoor space for entertaining and dinning with views of the golf course.
